We were very satisfied with Melissa Stewart from day one. Her communication skills and willingness to help us find a home in the Bowling Green Virginia area was more than expected. When we found a couple of homes that we liked, she was able to do a video walk-through for us since we lived in Oregon and could not be in Virginia to see the homes personally This helped quite a bit to give us a better understanding of what was available. Melissa also worked very closely with our mortgage team at Veterans United to ensure that everything was in its place with regards to our loan and the document requirements.
