Melissa Stewart went above and beyond to ensure the home buying experience was a comfortable and smooth as possible. Melissa coordinated everything and even stayed to help clean the house after the sellers left, because it was in a bad state. Melissa hired cleaning crews and performed above all expectations.
When the Caldwell Banker Elite office attorneys all had to stay home due to an office wide COVID exposure, they worked around the limitations and made the closing process as seamless as possible with an attorney video conferencing in and one of the agents neighbors (legally) working as the notary. It was very impressive to see the lengths they went to in order to make things happen smoothly and on time.
